- 1 ½ cups crushed oreo cookies (mint or double stuf)
- ½ cup green m&m’s
- 1 tbsp green sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
- Spread the melted semi-sweet chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies over the melted chocolate and allow it to cool for at least 5 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals, stirring frequently until melted.
- Carefully pour and spread the melted white chocolate over the Oreo layer.
- Immediately top with M&M’s and sprinkles.
- Allow the bark to cool completely at room temperature or in the fridge until hard.
- Break the bark into irregular pieces and serve.
