Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cups butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 cup mini-chocolate chips
  • 1 cup easter m&m's

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until fully combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until well incorporated.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture, combining until just mixed together.
  6. Gently fold in the mini-chocolate chips and M&M's.
  7. Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between cookies for spreading.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  9. Immediately after removing from the oven, press in additional mini-chocolate chips and M&M's on top.

Notes
