- 1 cup easter m&m's
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until fully combined.
- In another bowl, beat the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until well incorporated.
- Gradually add the flour mixture, combining until just mixed together.
- Gently fold in the mini-chocolate chips and M&M's.
- Scoop 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring space between cookies for spreading.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Immediately after removing from the oven, press in additional mini-chocolate chips and M&M's on top.
