- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tbsp whole grain dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
- Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat, add garlic and cook for 30 to 60 seconds until softened before stirring in honey and mustard. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
- Season the chicken breasts lightly with salt and pepper and place them in the heated baking pan.
- Pour the hot glaze over the chicken and bake for 15 minutes.
- Baste the chicken with the collected glaze and continue baking for another 15 to 20 minutes until the chicken reaches 170°F internally.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
