Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, or avocado oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425F/220C.

  • Coat the chicken breasts lightly in olive oil and rub the spice mix generously on both sides.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on size.
