- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 tablespoons green onions for topping
Instructions
- Place the frozen meatballs, pineapple chunks, and chopped red bell pepper in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, white vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger powder. Pour this mixture over the meatballs.
