- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs evenly on both sides.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the thighs skin-side down until golden and crisped.
- Transfer the chicken to the slow cooker, skin-side up.
- In a bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Pour the sauce around the chicken, avoiding direct contact with the skin to keep it intact.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Uncover the slow cooker during the last 30 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken.
