  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup mint oreo cookies, chopped
  • 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup mint chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter with the sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped Mint Oreos, milk chocolate chips, and mint chips.
  7. Scoop out generous tablespoon-sized balls of cookie dough and arrange them on the baking sheet with space in between.

Notes
