Description

Savor the delightful taste of this Bailey’s Irish Cream Tiramisu, an easy no-bake dessert made with creamy mascarpone, ladyfingers soaked in espresso, and a touch of Irish cream. Perfect for gatherings or a quick treat at home!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups heavy cream cold
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla instant pudding
  • ⅔ cup Irish cream
  • 1 lb mascarpone cheese room temp
  • 27 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup espresso
  • 2 tablespoons Irish cream
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cold heavy cream, sugar, Irish cream, vanilla extract, and vanilla instant pudding. Mix with an electric hand mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Incorporate room-temperature mascarpone cheese into the mixture, blending until smooth and creamy without overmixing to prevent curdling.
  • Prepare a mixture of espresso and Irish cream in a shallow bowl. Quickly dip ladyfingers in this mixture (1-2 seconds) and lay them evenly in a 13 by 9-inch baking dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  • Layer another set of dipped ladyfingers over the mascarpone, followed by a thin layer of the remaining mascarpone cream.
  • Fill a piping bag with the rest of the filling and create dollops on top of the thin mascarpone layer.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow the ladyfingers to soften. Before serving, dust generously with cocoa powder.

Notes

Ensure the heavy cream is cold for better whipping. The mascarpone should be at room temperature for easier blending.
Adjust the cocoa powder topping to taste; you can use dark or sweet cocoa based on your preference.
