- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix olive oil, dried thyme, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create a seasoning mixture.
- Dab the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel to help the spices adhere better. Brush the seasoning mix on both sides of the chicken.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375℉ for 5 minutes. Arrange the chicken in a single layer in the fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165℉, as read by a meat thermometer.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest on a cutting board for a few minutes before slicing. This step ensures the chicken remains juicy and tender.
