Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Using a fork or your hands, mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball, and place it on the sheet. You should get about 30 meatballs based on the size you choose.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until slightly golden and cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce, over pasta, rice, or alongside veggies.
