Description

These 30-Minute Baked Lemon Chicken Meatballs are packed with fresh flavors and made simply with ground chicken, zesty lemon, and Parmesan. Perfect for a quick and delicious dinner!


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup shredded onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • zest of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
